TRANSPORTATION TO CHURCH

Warren Missionary Baptist Church is pleased to offer free transportation services for children and adults interested in attending Sunday morning services. (The current route is from 8 Mile to 12 Mile, Hayes Road to Mound Road).

PLEASE NOTE: Children under five years old MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (not a sibling).

Submission of this form is your consent for your child to ride the church bus/van to Warren Missionary  Baptist Church.
